Lunar New Year - Oxford
The Ask
Design and deliver a Lunar New Year celebration across nine Oxford Properties office buildings in Toronto’s Financial District and Midtown, with the goal of honouring cultural traditions while fostering a sense of community and connection.
The Execution
As Project Lead, I developed and executed the vision for a vibrant, multi-site activation that combined traditional celebration with modern tenant engagement. Our lobbies featured custom décor, live lion dance and musical performances, interactive calligraphy workshops, and red pocket giveaways containing Oxford Properties gift cards. I managed all aspects of the initiative—from vendor sourcing and stakeholder coordination to on-site logistics and legal approvals—tailoring each experience to fit the unique character and operational needs of the individual properties. The result was a two-week celebration that brought energy, culture, and connection to thousands of tenants across Oxford’s Toronto portfolio.
