The Ask
Deliver Malibu’s “Clock Off” campaign at WaterPark Place (10 Bay Street, Toronto) to reimagine the office environment as a space for connection and creativity, bringing the spirit of summer to the heart of the waterfront. The activation needed to engage tenants meaningfully while showcasing the versatility of Oxford’s office spaces.
The Execution
As Project Manager, I led the planning and delivery in partnership with Corby, Rebecca Chan Events, and the property management team. The result was a dynamic after-work experience featuring a full Malibu Lounge takeover of the lobby and a surprise elevator bar that delighted over 400 guests. I coordinated multiple stakeholders, ensured seamless communication, and navigated legal reviews to secure all agreements – demonstrating how intentional collaboration can transform an idea into a standout tenant experience.
