As Project Manager, I led the planning and delivery in partnership with Corby, Rebecca Chan Events, and the property management team. The result was a dynamic after-work experience featuring a full Malibu Lounge takeover of the lobby and a surprise elevator bar that delighted over 400 guests. I coordinated multiple stakeholders, ensured seamless communication, and navigated legal reviews to secure all agreements – demonstrating how intentional collaboration can transform an idea into a standout tenant experience.
